It looks absolutely stunning on her but I tried this out and realized it's probably a tutorial that works better on hooded eyes as it looked really bad on me (I have more round and a bit deeper set eyes). As I really like the look though I will try it again but not covering my whole movable lid with eyeliner and altering the shape to suit my eye shape better.
