Hey, what you probably mean is one of the three Diremaul North Tribute run buffs: You leave all minor bosses alive and only kill the king, then by talking to an NPC nearby become king yourself and speak to the bosses you've avoided, which will then award you with buffs. The "green hand" is Fengus' Ferocity which awards 200 Attack Power.
