- Scream actors Neve Campbell, Matt Lillard, David Arquette, Skeet Ulrich, Jamie Kennedy, Rose McGowan, Lee Waddell, and Dermot Mulroney gave a panel at Steel City Con 2023 to talk about the franchise, their experiences, and to answer fan questions.
Neve Campbell played Sidney Prescott in Scream, Scream 2, Scream 3, Scream 4, and Scream (2022). She is also known for her roles in Party of Five, Wild Things, Catwalk, The Craft, Medium, and many more.
Matt Lillard was Stuart in Scream but is also well known as Shaggy in the live-action Scooby-Doo movies, plus had roles in the Wing Commander movie, Thirteen Ghosts, The Bridge, Bosch, Twin Peaks, and Good Girls, plus voice roles in Scooby-Doo, American Dad and Beware the Batman.
David Arquette portrayed Deputy Dewey Riley in Scream, Scream 2, Scream 3, Scream 4, and Scream (2022). He is also known for Never Been Kissed, Eight Legged Freaks, Creepshow, Captain Jake and the Never Land Pirates, Cleaners, and many more.
Skeet Ulrich portrayed Billy in Scream and appeared as a hallucination in Scream (2022) and Scream VI. He is also known for The Craft, Into the West, Armored, Riverdale, Bronzeville, Law & Order: L.A., Jericho, Supercell, Blood, Miracles, Touch, and more.
Jamie Kennedy was Randy Meeks in Scream, Scream 2, and Scream 3. He is also known for Son of the Mask, Malibu’s Most Wanted, Romeo + Juliet, Legends of Chamberlain Heights, Heartbeat, The Cleveland Show, and more.
Rose McGowan played Tatum in Scream and is also known for Charmed, Bio-Dome, Chosen, Planet Terror, Jawbreaker, Once Upon a Time, and more.
Lee Waddell is the stunt man behind the mask in Scream and is also known for his stunt work in The Mask, The Lost World: Jurassic Park, Blade, Con Air, Arlington Road, X-Men: First Class, and many more.
Dermot Mulroney was Detective Bailey in Scream VI, but is also known for Young Guns, My Best Friend's Wedding, Hanna, The Family Stone, Arrested Development, The Purge (TV Series), New Girl, Shameless, and many more.

It's weird because Dermot has only been in the most recent one and hasn't worked with any of them, but he fits in so well. Almost like he belonged in the cast of the older movies.

@@bethanyluvsfood He's human and flawed like you an I so how is it a contradiction? Im sure you have given advice to friends on subjects that you're not qualified for. Just being nice isn't good enough for some people I guess and that's what is wrong with the world.

I met Neve at the MAD MONSTER PARTY convention in Atlanta a month ago and she's just wonderful. She's a goddess.

I get the feeling based on this appearance and other interviews that she doesn’t love being on stage and having to engage this way, like she’s on the more shy and introverted side. Maybe one on one she’s more outgoing.

met all of them at this convention .. they are all literally the nicest and most down to earth people ever .. it was so easy to talk to all of them even tho i was fangirling inside 😭😂 ESPECIALLY Matt .. it was my second time meeting him and skeet and they both are amazing but Matt is just so pure and genuine and really does try to talk and have a conversation with every single person that meets him .. can’t wait for the next con

I remember doing the fight scene from slc punks for my speech class and got a standing ovation. That movie is truly a one of a kind. Glad to hear Matthew Lillard knowledge that movie as one of his favorites.

She literally mentions it in every tv show and con at this point. I think its ridic as an artist and horror legend she hasn't bothered to watch any other horror movies.

the panel was so much fun! I was the one who asked the question about the favorite horror movie soundtrack. not everyone answered but it was so cool to see them stumped.

@@KrisBryant99 There is nothing wrong with her answer. I was commenting on the fact that people basically ask the same questions over and over. If you go to a con or watch any on RUclips, you’ll see. If (some) fans are tired of hearing the same questions/answers, then imagine how Neve and guys feel?
Totally, you'd think people going to conventions would have seen previous videos of her. Also some of these question are cringe, like favourite ice cream who cares.

Even if that never happens, his brief role in Twin Peaks The Return definitely shows he's worthy. His monologue in one long take that he, as an actor, had no real context for is so impressive.

spent the last week looking for tcm 1974 outtakes, interviews, deleted scenes, reunions etc, theres actually not much or its just rly hard to find. They cut half the cast out for the 2nd film, gunnar and edwin were treasures, and then cook got older and sicker real fast and theres hardly anything with jim siedow :(

Please make another movie together (big ask but why the hecc not) one day you will be gone and there will only be the real scream 1996 with you folks together and that was a rly magical movie! funny, scary, of the time but also ahead of the time. I missed the panel because I was waiting in line to get skeets autograph from over 1 hour when they had to leave to do the panel and I didn’t want to lose me spot and waste that time I had already waited. So I’m glad I get to watch it here and I did meet Skeet right after he got back from this panel. And I did get a full cast photo with everyone later in the night too. Very cool

I have a question. Would anyone be able to break it down to a step-by-step process as to how would I go about going to one of these conventions to sit sit there in the panel and watch these individuals speak? They’re going to Dallas in a few months and I would like to see them.

Nobody commented about Matt and Skeet going out into the audience. Which was tremendous.
I think they got bored with the silly questions & long answers & wanted to focus attention back on the fans again.

She Isn’t known for Scream. She’s too big and famous of an actor to be part of “The Scream Cast”. She’s known too much for other shows and films. All the Scream actors on this panel are widely known from scream and are not that famous and they’re known mostly for just Scream, for the most part.
I thought most people believed Billy killed Casey based on the way he raises his knife. That was a theory. It's either one handed or two and Billy was seen without the costume raising one the same way. So although it doesn't necessarily mean anything, that was it.
In the conversation they all have early in the movie sitting around outside Sidney mentions Stu used to date Casey and I feel like the way that dialogue unfolds is basically a hint that Stu killed Casey, especially since Randy reveals Casey broke up with him.
@@EastSide-qc5oy yeah I get that, but I was talking I the analysis of how the knives were used which reveals who would probably be behind the mask. Both Billy and Stu were at Casey’s, and still possible it was Billy who jumped out the window and chased her. Another analysis from me being Billy has been coming from a window at times in the film😅

Which Ghostface did what:
- Billy AND Stu were at Casey's and used their girlfriends as Alibis for being out. Stu was on the patio with Steve while Billy was in the front tormenting her on the phone. The question about "Which door am I at" was a trick question. Stu threw the chair through the patio door and ran to the front door to let Billy in you can hear the front door open before she went outside through the kitchen. Also, when her parents got home the front door was open. When her mom was hearing Casey breathing on the other end of the phone line you can hear one talking to another saying "tree" and the the phone ends. Also when Steve was tied up he was looking both directions of the house.
Stu was the one she knocked out with the phone at the window and then before she could escape Billy had to jump in and attack her before she could get away and fought on the ground. Then when she was being dragged towards the tree by the BOTH of them she was still breathing. They both tied her up but whomever finished her off with the gutting and putting her organs in the mailbox is hard to say which one did that since it was offscreen.
- After killing Casey, Billy climbed through Sidney window to distract her and turned on her stereo to cover up the background noise of Stu kidnapping her dad. If notice her dad was wearing the same outfit at the end.
- Even though Billy was at Sidneys for the attack. It was actually Stu who she fought with when he was tripping up the stairs you can hear ghostface saying "easy" "easy". The next day at the lockers he was checking his face in Tatums mirror for any bruises and when Tatum was hitting him with her sucker he says "easy" "easy.
- Ghostface in the bathroom was a prank on Sidney it wasn't either Billy or Stu you can tell by the body language and it didn't have a knife.
-Billy was always 1 handed with his killing if he had a knife, if didn't he resorts to choking (except for Tatum he used the opportunity with the garage door). He gave a signal look to Stu at the front door that Tatum was dead. Stu uses both hands when using the knife and resorts to other tactics if doesn't have a knife like the both times he fought Sidney.
-Stu was the one that called Dewey about the abandon car and also called Randy about the principal after the whole "I'll be right back". Billy killed the principal so they can use him as a deploy for later that night to get rest of the guests to leave so the real party can began.

I love the scream movies and all the actors but it really pisses me off what happened to Melissa! It would have been great if the core four were there too. Great video though thank you ❤❤❤
Nice video. Surprised to know Neve's favorite pie is Strawberry Rubarb. And I heard someone say Chocolate Cream Pie. Don't know who it wa. I was too busy chatting about Neve's favorite because I've had I believe the same thing. Chocolate Cream is another good one. So two good flavors were mentioned.

I don't get how you can take photos and video of the actors during this but if you do it when they are at their table, they tell you its not allowed.
Its business, your paying to interact and have a chat and autograph with actors from one of the best horror movies in the last 50 years. Some people are happy to pay these actors because they brought us joy and entertainment during our every day lives!
Omg the best question!: “Did Stu ever really care about Tatum?” And the best answer from Rose! 😮😊 I always wondered that, too! Rewatching the movie, the way Stu asks her, “hey can you grab a beer for me?” Very sneakily. But after Tatum dies, Billy shows up all in a rush? And Stu was still busy entertaining his guests as he was before… 🤔
