Hi. I came across your channel very recently and to be honest your videos are real eye opener with skills to master beyond average to be successful. all the way from London. Blessing
This is Fantastic my brother. I think I understand the process of this injection for deworming. I can see that you held the skin of the goat and you then insert the needle in between it. Am I right with my observation. Please confirm it if I am right. Thank you
The working agent is the same. And I plan on giving through the mouth. Half of South America had taken animal Ivermectin by now. They are fine. Don't blame us for using animal grade drugs to help our loved ones. It's our governments who are blocking access to the human grade.
@@ShambaniFarm Normally with tablets. Stromectol, Mectizan, it's all Ivermectin brand names. But only available with doctors prescription in most countries. That is why I had to go to Aliexpress for this Ivomec solution.
I have used it safely on pregnant ewes with no problems at all. Follow the instructions on the label on the quantity to administer. Usually it correlates to the size of the animal. Mainly they recommend 1ml per 50kg of body weight.
There are few ways to know: 1. Rough coat - not smooth with a good shine 2. Poor body condition - looking skinny and unhealthy 3. Color of the inner side of eyelids - if too pale (Poor FEMANCHA score) 4. Dropings - sometime you can actually see worms esp in the case of tape worm
Hi, it should be based on the healthy of the animal. I don't give them medicine based on calendar but rather based on their health status. You medicate a sick animal and vaccinate a healthy animal.
Yes, for Ivomec one does is all that’s needed for sometime. Until when you need to deworm again. The key thing is to ensure that you deworm your goats based on need and not on some forced calendar. Check your goat for signs of worms and deworm accordingly. If you deworm frequently you may cause resistance to the dewormer.

Over dosing with Ivomectin is the biggest fear I have. It can kill.
Actually I find it to be much safer than most other dewormers.
