I had a situation just now where I first got shot by the flying lightening balls, i took cover in a garrage, then a bit later I moved out and there was nothing in sight, but i starting taking damage (from the environment?) and no matter what I did or where I ran, I kept taking damage until about 10-20 seconds later I was dead despite moving far from that location. What was that?
What are your specs for your pc? My pc is pretty good and can run anything, but for some reason this game runs so badly. I think my ram is bottlenecking me, but keen to hear your thoughts...

3070. i7 11700k. 64gb 3200 mhz ddr4 ram. M.2 ssd. I only get around 60 fps. I play on native at 2k resolution all settings on low.
