I followed the instructions here but the settings don’t appear to be taking. The chiller is undiscoverable. Using a 3rd party BACnet program I can see it but it says its Instance is 5001 or 6500, depending on what property you look at. This device is on a campus with many Bacnet networks and devices. The instance number is 11101. It seems like “DE MODIFIER ADDRESS” is actually the network number. Would the instance be this number, plus the MAC address?

Yes it does.
Also, if you have more than one chiller, set the manual mac address to 1 for the first one, two for the second one and so on..
