The add section button in the Shopify theme editor is MISSING!

In this video, I'll be sharing with you the solution to the "missing add section" bug of Shopify theme editor.
But honestly, what is going on? Why is the add section button missing? One of the theories I have is that Shopify is about to remove the Liquid templates and will be replaced by JSON templates completely. However, like I said, I could be wrong and that is just my theory.
