why itzu said level 70 minion is only for max th16 player? the rusher th16 with low level heroes won't get level 70 minion, its depend on out current hero level, not just Th level. or i just misunderstanding?
Could you share more attacks for non TH 17 players. As a TH 15 with TH 13 mini account I am still not sure if this new hero is worth replacing an existing hero. It doesn't do anything that the heroes can't do.

Only if u maxed at least 1 hero to the max for th 16 will you get it at level 70. The level of hero hall you get and starting level of prince you get are both based on your highest hero level.

After th17 update everything seems to be too much. Supercell should find a way to make it more simplicity like before at th9 and th10 where the real fun was..we had more people back then.

Eg I am th 14 and my BK 70 and GW 52 then I will get based on my GW level
I believe every TH 17 base gonna put it on the middle of the base to counter strategy that can destroy TH with ease like RC invi strat or sui hero.

Other hero levels won't affect the minion prince level. You will get him at level 70 regardless of anything.
