WHO IS SHE? || OC animation meme

Remember sillies with wings I drew and posted on my community post?
Here's closer introduction of one of them. He doesn't have a name but has tons of lore and tragic backstory :)
This animation focuses purley on his grief. He survived Accident that left him shadow of his former self, destroyed perfect paradise, took away many of his friends.
But he feels if he had chance to turn back in time and to prevent it from happening he's not sure if he'd take that oportunity. He grieves after his lost friends, his former innocent form and relationships he had, but deep down he knows he cannot turn back because it would take away from him everything he acomplished after The Accident and person he loves more than entire universe. But grief and guilt still remains in his soul.
