Hello Christian, You have a fabulous sound and you are a real master copying Shadows and Spotnicks. I used to play rythm guitar in a Rock&Roll band and now I'm trying to do some solo guitar, using a Jazzmaster , Vox AC30 and Dynacord tape echo. Merci beaucoup Julien Le son est réalisé avec mon système VST dont je t'avais parlé je crois. Et comme je donne tout ça gratuitement, n'importe qui peut avoir le même son. Il suffit d'utiliser mon système. Ca nécessite un PC assez puissant (la plupart des gens en ont déjà un) et une carte son à 40€. Donc le coût est dérisoire. J'ai du mal à le croire, ou alors c'était un très mauvais jour...lol. N'empêche qu'il n'est pas facile à sortir sans pains celui-ci. Surtout avec la vidéo sans raccord, qui ne pardonne rien. Hi, despite you can see an AC30 behind, I am not using any guitar amplifier at all. This done with direct recording from my effect system into Cubase. Hello christian... I love the way your strings pop here....I see that you re picking a bit near the middle pickup for that thin sound.....do you keep your string action a bit lower than ususal....a bit of equalisation probably helped too.....thanks.....Ramon.
Hi Ramon Thanks. String action is effectively a bit lower on my guitar. I am also using equalization as I believe this is key for Hank Marvin sounds. Indeed I am using a system of my own, based on VST technology running in VSTHost software.
