A ton of people who make them tend to really miss that distinct "feel" that the best weirdcore/dreamcore has, and while I can't really put into words what exactly that "feel" is, I can say without a doubt that you capture it incredibly. This breed of music may be just noise to anyone who can't really appreciate it, but as someone who struggles with severe ADHD, it tickles my brain in just the right way that lets me be productive and squeeze some modicum of focus out. I have no idea how to describe the "feel" of weirdcore, but I try my best to find songs that give me that feeling. I know it's not the same, but I'm neurodivergent too, as I have really severe OCD and this aesthetic helps me a lot, so I'm happy to hear it helps you too!
For a liminal space to be liminal, it doesn't need to be scary or unnerving, what it needs is a connection to the viewer. This also stands for the music, as liminality is more about the experience than the image.

You should be uneasy and eager to escape. A thousand stares are crawling across your spine, the halls leading you in circles. Yet it feels so familiar... maybe you should stay! There's no exit in sight- it was just meant to be.

The tomodachi life takes me home when i played the game religiously making my favourite characters and seeing them getting into wacky hijinks and romance.i still play it today but it's on a emulator
the cats are liquid tracks that appear in your playlists are always so good!!! i've never seen anyone use any songs from the games in anything, so it's so cool to see them getting recognition!!! love your playlists :]
