    INGREDIENTS
    1 1/2 Cups heavy cream
    8 Tbsp butter, softened (1 stick)
    2 oz Grated pecorino
    1/2 tsp Each salt and pepper
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1 cup frozen peas (optional)
    4 oz. pancetta (optional)
    chopped fresh parsley (optional) (or dried)
    1 lb Fresh pasta fettuccine or linguine
    DIRECTIONS
    Cook fettuccine in 4 quarts of salted boiling water until al dente. Stir constantly for the first couple of minutes to prevent pasta from sticking
    Cook the pancetta for 7-8 minutes until it is crispy in a large high rimmed skillet over medium heat.
    Turn the heat down to medium-low, and pour in the cream. Melt butter in cream
    Stir in the garlic powder, salt, pepper, and peas and warm everything through for 3 minutes.
    Turn off heat and add Pecorino cheese to the creamy mixture. Stir until the Pecorino has melted
    Toss the noodles into the sauce. Warm everything through for 5 minutes constantly stirring, and serve passing additional grated cheese.
