I've played with a few video editors, and find Capcut to be the most user friendly. YOU have done a great job with detailing step by step instruction, and although I've learned the basics, you brought up things I didn't know. Thank you.
This video is a great introduction to CapCut, a popular video editing app. The presenter provides a clear and concise tutorial, and she covers all the basics of video editing. Her passion for helping others is evident, and I'm sure many beginners have found her advice valuable.
@@MillieAdrian Thank you very much for your tutorial ❤Appreciate your beautiful work😊 I need your help! I can’t find the video retouching options. They used to be there, like makeup, face shape adjustments, nose, and eye changes, skin color .. . Where did it all go?Thank you !
Thanks Millie for this in-depth tutorial. I have been looking for this capcut tutorial for the longest time. You just simplified it for me. Thanks a lot 💞
Millie you are such an awesome creator. I didn’t know you have been on RUclips for 14 years. Your vibe is just awesome. Would you think about doing a video on your story of making on RUclips… what it was like to get no views… how long till you started making money… and just the mental ups and down of RUclips. You are truly a OG of RUclips. I’m in Sean’s Think Media VRA course and as be creators it would be so inspiring for all of us to hear your story and struggles and even current struggles. It just makes it feel, that even though you have achieved great things( putting your time in 14 years) we are all really alike. Just different parts of our journey, Thank you for all your hard work that you do.. your editing is awesome… and you are appreciated more then you know💪🥰
On finding what frame rate you used, if you're using windows after you've imported the vids into you file system you can select the video(s) and then go to view and select to where it shows file details, there you can find filmed date, aspect ratio, file size and file type, and of course frame rate.
@@MillieAdrian your tips were an amazing help! I watched this again while I finished up editing and had no issues whatsoever. This tutorial made it super easy. 😁
Thank you so much for this tutorial! CapCut was recently recommended to me for my video editing needs, so this video came into my life at the perfect time!
Thank you for the amazing tutorial Millie 🙏 I’ve been using CapCut but this definitely helps and hopefully here’s to many more views and channel growth for our small up and coming channel 😊❤️
So you said Mac. This is my first time learning about CapCut because I edit on iMovie. Do you prefer CapCut over iMovie and why? To me the effects feature and the text feature are so cool because they’re not in iMovie but everything else is much simpler on iMovie from what I’m seeing. 🤔
Very Helpful, thanks!! Two questions, How do you add/record audio to your video, like when youtubers do voiceovers over their videos? Also when youtubers do reaction videos for ex. movies. How do they screen record the movie and add it to the video? Kind of like how you did with yourself in this video. I'm very interested in this!
Excellent video, thanks for sharing/teaching us newbies. I have a question for you please if you don't mind? If I use capcuts audio how do I make it the same length as my video, the click on both video and audio clips and then right click sync clips function doesn't see to work for me. What am I doing wrong please? Thanks
Great video Millie, I do have one question. I am working on my family tree and have lots of photos and videos . Are they actually staying on my computer or is any of this going to the internet or even Cap Cut?? Thanks
Great tutor. I have a little problem inserting a clip between the other clips on the desktop version. It works fine on the browser and iOS app. I wonder what I đi wrong.
25:36 the layers part is the part I don't quiet understand yet because I don't know how to prevent overlapping during playback. also do you always have to export mp4?
Thank you for a recently-created video! I'm trying to figure out the pricing structure of CapCut with credits, etc. I read that the videos can only be 15 minutes, but yours was over 30. Is that because I don't have the CapCut PRO?
at 1:30 what if someone wants to use 24fps in one part of the video and slow motion 60fps or 120fps in another part of a video...what would be the best frame rate to set it at or what would be the best method to use mixed frame rates ?
As for changing the frame settings. What about if the clips were filmed on your phone and your camera and the settings are different. What do you do in that situation? Thanks for the video!
Thanks Millie, very clear. I'm about to start on Tiktok. My posts will all have closed captions so thanks for pointing out I need capcut pro. I was confused about the difference between a caption at the top of the screen (which I will be using) and closed captions at the bottom because when I set the style for the static caption those settings got applied to the closed captions too. Help! I don't want that. But maybe if I go to pro it will be clarified?
On Black interface of cap cut, chose a colour, maybe red large mouth that viewer can follow, and one more thing stop moving your pointer like twister that make ones eyes daisy🥰,
do you know how i can record on TT on phone and edit on Capcut on desktop? I don't want to download the clip to my device and re-upload to Capcut, which is taking too many steps.
I'm not sure about CapCut specifically on Chromebook, but you could try using a different video editing tool that works online. Some options have web versions that might be compatible.
It depends on your preference! You can use both! Some people find CapCut easier than iMovie and vice versa! You could give both a try and see what you think is best for you!
I just downloaded capcut just recently. I have hard time understanding anything as I am Deaf. There’s no subtitles. I don’t know the word to go about it. I will try my best to explain. I have been trying to make the edit look like it’s done professionally. I wanted the video to look like it’s never been cut. When I cut a piece out or two. When I upload to facebook or IG. You could tell that in some clips it has been cut out. How do you make the video don’t look like it has been cut out but it has been always belong in one video when it has been cut out in some areas? I hope I explain clear? Also how do you make one part of a clip on repeat loop at the beginning or middle or at the end of the video? But not all of the video? Again, I hope I explain clear? I just wish that all videos do come with subtitles for those Deaf people.
Unfortunately Capcut is only free after you've made about 10-15 reels and then get messages saying your out of storage and can no longer upload even after you've deleted all your workspace, so then have to pay for the upgrade to upload more videos to edit
Normalise, stabilise, and enhance are the most important items needed for any video editing, for me anyway. How they claim this a free video editing app when these main items are ALL pro is beyond me. Nicely done tuition but rubbish app, Not really free. And pro is not cheap for basic user. And a Professional would use a better app. So .... ?
