My parents moved from Arlington, Va to Youngstown, Oh in 1969. We lived on Elm st. on the North side for many of years. From the 70's to the mid 80's Youngstown was a gem. It was great growing up there. So many great memories.

Good grief! I grew up there, saw the Sound of Music when it premiered at the Warner when I was a child and had no CLUE it was because of the Warner Brothers until I watched this!

I knew Alice Powers. She always referred to this place as “The Warner Theater.”

It's great that Pittsburgh was an important chapter in the history of Warner Brothers. Someone should convert the Warner Center there into a multi=sceen movie theater.

Why would you name the building 'Diore Arts' when it had sutch a deep history with Warner? Are there any actual records of the addressee of the theater and the Diore today?

I hope the people of Erie put some work into the building. It look like some of the building has crumbled off in front and the Warner sign needs some upkeep.
