How to do fruit carving - Watermelon roses

This is only amateur video 1st time trying and showing that anybody can do it at home. Not to go to the world championship of fruit carving but just to do something nice as a surprise or something..
It's not difficult to make these watermelon roses, anybody can try it..
I have done this for first time in my life and took me about an hour..
It's also a good way to make children to eat fruits or vegetable.
