I was thinking, am I the only one saying, "Why can't I cross-examine the questioner if it is instructive and proves my point?" It's a good and valid practice that Ben Shapiro uses well. Clearly the moderator was not about to allow that to happen.
@@Mycroftsbrother The moderator had his own agenda, #1, and #2 If someone asks a question, that's not a question, that has the sole purpose of allowing the questioner to be seen, on national television plus the internet, "speaking truth to power" so everyone will know how strong and committed they are then you should be able to respond by speaking your own truth. That truth, if it were me, would sound something like this.
