The most helpful video ever! It fixed my finger pain caused by putting weight too far back, and added way more control and brake power with a balanced body position.

back in the 90's there were no youtube, no lessons, not even double suspensions, no man made tracks, everything was brutal, pure and the track was made by instinct , now I have a GT Marathon Team issue and i'm watching this shit lol

Excellent tips and a well done video. Mountain biking looks like a lot more fun when you are on top of the bike rather than limping over to it and picking it up while trying to stop the bleeding.

Depends on how you ride. I am a trek fan, if you want full suspension but you dont want to spend a lot or do anything crazy I would recommend an Fuel 7. If you are wanting to spend more money but you dont do any big jumps the Fuel 8's and 9s are awesome. If you are looking for some awesome down hill nothing beats a session 88, Good luck man keep riding. Also look at 29s but try before you buy they dont work for everyone I hate them but my buddy likes them.

This video really is awesome. They really have a good thing going. The only suggestion I can make is using a wireless mic for the outdoor instruction. It's a nitpick for sure, but everything else is so well done, this is one item that could easily be implemented to make the audio quality consistent. But enough internet coaching...well done guys!

Awesome video... there's so much crap out there (and people don't realize it), but this was made by professional instructors and it shows. Would be good to see it on some new bikes though and to see if there's any updates since 2010?

BmRoberts731: I, too, am a Trek fan and have a Fuel Ex 8. It can handle some pretty good drops. I dislike AVID brakes so I upgraded to Shimano and the bike itself can take on some pretty rough terrain.

Hi I loved this video. I have a mountain I got from the Canadian tire. I think it has maybe 2-3 inch suspension. Its a Schwinn Incentive if you want to look it up. Do you think it would be a good idea to go downhill mountain biking with it? If not can you tell me some DH Mountain bikes lesser than $600? Please reply anyone. Thnx a lot
