Needle Felt Bird Tutorial part 3 (making feathers)

I am working on a new bird and thought it would be fun to break down all the steps into mini tutorials. This is part three of the needle felted Cardinal tutorial where I work on creating feathers for my bird. There will be more tutorials added over the next few weeks showing how I construct the rest of the bird and put all the pieces together. I hope you enjoy it!
