The fact that she took shredded paper and literally sat there for days and pieced these small pieces of paper together to read what was written is pretty impressive. I can’t imagine what she was going through while doing that. She’s got a strong will that’s for sure.

From my understanding at that time when wife was chasing him he was not yet under arrest only 2 years later he became most wanted...at that time he was only in financial trouble,not charged yet.

Probably the same reason people's tax money pays for any lawsuit against anyone in congress.
As a health care professional and working with many different surgeon in operating room, my advice is never do an elective surgery without second opinion or talking with family member who knows little bit about medicine. Believe it or not, in my experience most surgeon are very unethical and they are very greedy. Remember surgeon/doctors make most money by doing surgery and procedures. And worse is there is significant risk with any medical procedure, and with surgery risk is ever greater. You should not do any medical procedure or surgery unless absolutely needed and risk outweigh the benefit.
Wish I had known all this before almost dying after an alleged needed hysterectomy and 3 major surgeries in the past 5 months to end up with staples and a colonoscopy bag. Just had a colonoscopy reversal. It all started with a doctor suggesting I needed a hysterectomy. I’ve lost everything including my job and health while he recently sent a letter to all his patience saying he was retiring and moving away. When I get to feeling a bit better and this pandemic subsides I’m suing him and the hospital.

When an office visit is 300 dollars and surgery up to tens of thousands... Go for a second opinion. Follow your instincts... Educate yourself. Nowadays you don't get to see imaging tests like x-rays. Ask for it. In 2007 my pinkie was numb... My "sweet" doctor recommended neck surgery. I called a relative who was a physician... He told me: are you crazy? In a few months, the numbness went away... Needless to say never had surgery...

I don’t think he is responsible for her death, but ....she would have died any way from stage 4 cancer! His mistake was a blessing for her daughter, she never would get those 15 millions $, if she would not have that surgery, her mom would have died any way and yet very soon! The mom under consciousness worked very well for her to take care of her daughter!!!!

The story of the sweet lady with throat cancer is heart wrenching, watching a loved one suffer is the worst thing,, her daughter and she, had a truely terrible experience. How can someone who promises to heal and care for his patients who are helpless and vulnerable be so evil?

she was a huge smoker and she had that cough for very long time her own family admitted it, she died because she started to care too late sadly :-( I believe that "Hands-To-Work" is right. She should stop smoking as soon as the cough started... now the family wants to make somebody else responsible for her own actions cause they miss her and love her; still he is a bad person but I dont think he is responsible for her death

Michelle came across as being genuinely in love with her husband. I feel for her and she lost the future she had planned to spend with this man. His new "partner" in Italy is a fool if she wants to be with him again. As for the lady who lost her life and also for her family who are left behind, I send them love. Some people truly are evil and I do not understand why he is not spending the rest of his life behind bars. The citizens had to pay all those insurance payments to his victims....not fair for the citizens at all, but very fair to his victims.

I had cancer. My surgeon and his team were amazing. So gentle and polite and caring as well as incredible skill. I felt so lucky and privileged. You can't beat the NHS.
This is why all reputable medical offices have a way of anonymously reporting providers. Everybody in that practice let it slide because they knew if he was reported, their fun ride would end. But you cannot ever convince me at least one person in billing didn’t have questions. If you are moral and ethical, you report to at least have it looked into. Someone in that practice had doubts. And because of all the money that was coming in, they chose not to say or do anything. It just goes to show everyone has a price.

I had a relationship with a person with a similar character but not the same kinda money, I didn’t care cause I wasn’t interested in that. I met him thinking he was just a musician, which he was at one point, but he was studying to be a doctor. Liked brand names and expensive cars tho, and acted like everybody knew who he was. I found that uncomfortable and weird, also I hate drawing attention to myself. I had to find out for myself that he had a daughter and an “ex wife”, never introduced me to his parents, but wanted me to live with him right away.... point of this story? This guy is attractive and was and is doing well for himself, but I couldn’t get past all the red flags and sketch behavior so i left the relationship.. I couldn’t be with someone I don’t really know, much less what they actually do for a living.
someone told me young : never date a artist or musician-they are egotistic. So as an art major myself-I just watched their relationships...it was pretty much true. I have seen a few exceptions but only enough to prove the rule. Frankly almost all humans are very ego driven. Even I am to a small extent.

Several hundred medical malpractice suits against him, one patient developed stage 4 throat cancer as a result and died, defaulted on all his multi-million dollar loans, embezzled all the funds from his clinics, put his 40 employees out of work with no notice or final paycheck, abandoned his wife in another country with no home, no car, wiped out her personal bank account and was jetsetting all over Italy (most likely from his illicit diamonds business) and after all *THAT* he only received a 7yr jail term!!! He did indeed, just as Yussef Nasser (the poster who you responded to) "get a slap on the wrist." Mark should have been put in prison for life!

It’s hard to pay attention to the signs when you’re actually in a relationship with one. Love clouds people’s judgement, think of how many people you know who have dated cheaters, deadbeats, scumbags, liars, etc. and “not realized” until they’ve broken up. For me it’s like 95% of my friend group, and they’re all smart and well-adjusted people. Most of the time they see the red flags but they just ignore them because they don’t want to lose their partner, or their quality of life, or they just don’t want to go through the emotional/logistical hassle of breaking up.
I did not learn about psychopaths and sociopaths until after I had ended a relationship with one. I’d never encountered one in my close family and friend circle before. Now I know a lot about them and avoid them. I think she is lovely and a survivor.

So obviously she was struggling for money after he left so why didn't she sell some of the jewellery he had bought her. It was hers so she could sell it without any come back for it. I think I would have been stashing away as much as possible that I could then sell afterwards.

I’m an OR nurse and have done ENT for years. Never have I ever seen anything like this. I’m surprised none of the OR staff not reporting him to chief of surgery. You can’t do any sinus case in 20 minutes. You barely get in the nose with a scope in that amount of time. Don’t worry 😉.
