Time to get a new fear with Discord. Recently a very popular Discord bot called Koya, known for it's moderation and One Piece Minigame, was hacked. The events that unfolded from the bot owner's account being compromised are exactly what you think: absurd, egotistical, and incompetent hackers doing everything possible to not leave a stone unturned without leaving their mark.
Watch along as I discover the events that happened after the bot got hacked. And maybe you'll realize that gee willy, Discord is actually pretty good at helping out big bots (who could have ever guessed with Mee6 ;) ) Honestly though, great response time by Discord.

I was in the server lmao. We found ways to talk to each other HAHAHAH. We went to a different channel. They caught on. Then we went to those thread things. You should've seen it!! The reaction emojis was amazing everyone reacted with angry or no.
It was so hilarious. They said "trust us free nitro" and stopped messaging in the locked main channel because of the emoji reactions HAHAHAHA. You guys should've seen it! They also used the bots to PM the server link, my solution is blocking the bots :) but yeah, it was wild. The server had no channels in it besides welcome for DAYS after the raid! I was going to message you about it but had a feeling you'd find out, I was right. Feel free to ask me about it

I was friend with them and moderating some of their servers but they can’t make up their mind and always do shit

Hello! The "Manor" is a French Discord whose goal is to get the crown of big servers (or access to the account with the crown). What is worrying is that the "Manoir" is known to have constantly used the same technique for each of their hacks (i.e. pretending to be the police via a fake phone call and so on, I can help you if you want details), and this on several big servers (sometimes some above 300k members, which is huge). There have been dozens of servers hacked by the "Mansion" (formerly called something else, I don't remember the name) and it's getting worrying that Discord never banned the server in question, and the guys behind it (their names are known). What can be done? When will Discord react and take the necessary measures? This is crazy...
By the way, the boarding school = the manor, but they do everything to not link the two in the eyes of the Discord moderation, it's been years and nothing happens...
Some funny stuff has recently been happening with the "Bump Reminder" bot - it's said things it's not supposed to completely out of the blue and has changed from pinging the role it was set up to and pinged my friend who has been bumping instead. If someone could look into this, that would be fukin amazing, I don't know how to get in deep on the sauce of this confusion.
That sounds like the default setting for the bot. Idk what might’ve happened but you may want to change the ping role to something else, then change it back to the role that you want it to ping

But yeah that's about all I got from the support server as well, and I had the screenshots.
I plan to isolate the bot in the bump channel soon so that only staff can see it for a trial period to see if it bugs out again or something. 🤔

The only experience i have with koya is it spammed me with ads way before it ever got hacked, cus i used a discord server for bot games.

I actually think that the hack might be caused by "L'internat" as a French because there was a stage with internat admins and the "hacker" and the hacker seemed to be an admin of internat and the other owners said that he was going to get punished.
But whatever happens Internat is a scummy server, you can buy admin on it from the owner

"Manoir" are people who steal or buy servers and advertise them, it's a team known for that. Animeo server is a former victim.
I am glad that the insane amount of damage that couldve been caused by the hack of this insanely popular bot was entirely negated by the sheer idiocy of these bafoons.
