I am a fairly new viewer but truly hooked. I am British now living in Maine and in my 70s but never tire of new recipes and this one sounds absolutely wonderful. I also cook your one-pan farro pretty frequently and even my vegetarian-resistant husband enjoys it and there are sooo many recipes waiting for me to do. Love your videos - making our life more bearable away from our homeland! Keep up the good work, I will be here.

I would absolutely consume as many videos as you are willing to publish. You are my favourite pandemic discovery and we have tried so many of your recipes, both on your blog and from your books. My family's absolute, hands down favourite meal is your Street Cart Chicken. We make this several times a month and it's still not enough. My teenagers request this meal even on their birthdays. Over take out! So we definitely don't need a demonstration but it would be fun to watch you make it.

Would LOVE to see videos of the spiced braised chickpeas or actual brisket that uses similar "gravy"--it is one of the best things of yours that I have made--a video would tempt everyone to try it.

Hi Deb, I love this recipe especially with Christmas and Hanukkah holidays coming up. It is elegant, decadent and festive. I have watched ALL of your videos and thank you for making cooking and baking so easy and with such humour. Yes, I am from Canada and spell humour this way! I definitely think you should have a 3rd season and would love to see soups (especially French Onion soup) and casseroles for the winter season. That is my input. Keep doing what you are doing!

It's so fun seeing you on video and hearing your voice that I have come to rely on and recognize from your blog. The videos are exciting to us fans because they feel so personal, I love them. For a third season, I'd love to see family meals/ quick dinners and maybe some ideas pantry meals. (like when there isn't a plan for dinner but you have some ingredients in the pantry/fridge to use.) Maybe ways to remix leftovers for the next day's lunch? Honestly, I'll watch whatever you do. haha! keep up the good work.

I love watching your videos and got one of your Smitten kitchen recipe. I find your recipes to be simple and easy to understand. But I find alot of recipes that way. What makes yours great for me is our families must like the same flavor profile because so far out of 8 recipes, we have loved them all. Our favorite so far is the mushroom bourguignon. Next on the list is your chocolate silk pie or the little chocolate cake. I need to bring a dessert for a wine tasting that goes with cab. Any preference?
I just noticed that you are left-handed! Do a post sometime about trying to find good tools for left-handed cooks. I bought a beautiful set of steak knives that I HATE because they are serrated on the wrong side for me. I buy any set of wooden spoons that has a left-handed option.
Did this last year and ADORED IT. What’s next for videos? I’ll take anything, and I’ll request your take on two things: elisenlebkuchen, and burrito-style sushi-nori rolls.

Have you tried four fat fowl for your brie? They are a small dairy in up state NY. Highly recommend.
