- Full back henna for my lovely client Angela. She requested a sacred geometry pattern known as metatron's cube inside a mandala! Sacred geometry is hard to do in henna perfectly since it is so exact so I tried my best hehe

No professional henna artist but I love doing crowns with Henna They are always so beautiful
So I’m getting henna done on my back . Is there any tips for covering it after it’s done so I don’t ruin/smudge it. Or any tips on what to wear to keep it safe?
Get mefix tape on amazon, and once it’s fully dry you can put the cloth tape onto the dried design or probably have someone help you if it’s on the back, and then leave on for 8-12 hours and have someone peel it off for you and it takes the paste off with it so you don’t have to worry about trying to flake it off, I need to make a video on this actually hehe so thanks for bringing it up!

You can put almond oil or any hair oil on it and try to not like sit on your back and the oil will help it to be more good and darker

Do you have do be religious in any way to get henna or is it seen as disrespectful if you aren’t religious? Just a question because I find it so gorgeous.
You don’t have to be religious to get henna. I give my friends henna tattoos all the time and they appreciate and respect the work I do. Most people will find it cool. There has only been one time a person got on one of my friends about having it. Traditionally it it used for holidays or big events like weddings, but I love doing it just for fun. Hope this helps!!!

When you do a back, how does someone scrape off the henna after the allotted time?

Mostly it is done by women or girls for adorning herself just like any other make up routines but also associated with auspicious ceremonies in our country. It is temporary so you can have this painted on yourself in any part of your body... But mostly girls do on their hands & legs. It is made from plant leaves with natural process so it is very safe & often used by the girls or women to color their hairs also. When married women do henna on them during wedding or karvachauth (a festival celebrated by married women for their husbands) & it turns out very deep in color, it symbolises that their husbands love them lot.
