- Join us as we head northwest in the town of Isabel, the industrial capital of Leyte. Isabel is located in the northwestern part of Leyte Province. It is surrounded by Palompon on the north and the west; Ormoc Bay and Merida on the south; and Ormoc City and Merida on the east.
Special thanks to Ms. Peachy G. Hapitan of Tallulah's Place: Mangroves and Beach Resort and JE Hydro & Bio-Energy Corp. for warmly accommodating the team during our stay in Isabel.

I been there 1998 in pasar for working shutdown, I live in tulingon isabel leyte, a lot of sea food and sea cucumber.too much enjoy the place while working in the plant.

The only way you can reach Isabel is either you take a plane from Manila to Tacloban and sakay ka ng UV express to Ormoc (2 hrs) then another UV Express to Isabel (1hr) or fly from Manila to Cebu then take a ferry from Cebu to Ormoc, then UV express to Isabel po.

Yes, youll pass from Isabel-Merida-Ormoc, then Palo-Ormoc-Carigara road. There’s a direction on Google maps for details :)
