I am doing 21 hard challenge which is short version of 75 hard.... In which I have do following things 1- no musturbation for 21 days 2- 30 minutes home workout ( I am a student so 30 min is enough for me ) 3 - 3 hours study - reading and learning only(consistently) 4- drinking 4 litres of water 5- being silent means talking very less in the school I have been noticing the changes in my body Hope I will be able to achieve my goal 😊 Edit : I did it guys....✨🔥 Today I completed it With 0 night falls!! I can notice many changes in my body like my biceps, chest, energy level, confidence, concentration...I am feeling very very energetic and I am very very happy 😊 But I will not stop it I am going to continue this till 42 days

This is my day 65 and only 10 days left, but in my 75 hard i mistakenly thought there is only one 45 minutes of workout together by combining outdoor and indoor but when i know about it already about a month , so i continue with 45 min workout in which 30-35min at morning and 15-20 min at evening and other challenges are also with it and i am lean and i think 45 min in a day is enough for the one who don't want to loose weight because water makes to lean too by its body cleansing property . And this challenge makes me to improve in my self control and helps in making me some physic compare to back . I'm happy because its going to complete in next 10 days 😊
