My Niche is art, but specifically I am doing live streams of real time start to finish art, no skipping the boring steps and glossing over the finer detail work. It's not always the most exciting content, but for people that learn the way I do, it is an invaluable learning model.
I also do art! And getting into animation, I haven't posted in a month cause of burnout and I'm also a gachatuber but I started a new seperate channel for it lol

The most important thing for consistency is that you should be doing something you love, it's a breeze when your niche is something you're genuinely interested in. Also, I agree, 4000 watch hours is easy once you really nail the basics. Awesome video!
Dang, this video's got me pumped up to put these strategies to work! Selecting a niche and consistently delivering value, that's what it's all about! It reminds me of how boost app social helped me amp up my ig and tiktok game. It's crazy how such tools make your job so much easier.

my niche is motherhood! thanks for this video, I needed some extra motivation this month. It’s been 3 years of me putting my all into my videos with very slow growth & almost no engagement! I am definitely guilty of overthinking my editing which affects my consistency just bc with 2 kids, it’s hard to have time to be so meticulous. I think that today is lot easier to get monetized (especially if you use tools like Famester Social or anything similar). For me it wouldn't be possible to get monetized if I didn't find out about this tool, and it really helped me to get over 1000 subs requirement on my second channel. I needed only like a week max, can't remember correctly. After that it's just a walk in the park.

Niches are frustrating when you're more of an all around creator personality meaning you are the niche vs a one niche only focused individual, to answer your questions I'm currently in the art niche I'm an artist crochet crafter but on my channel I focus on florals and beginner landscapes watercolor paintings only thus I've followed instructions and niched down but I'm still struggling to grow after six years of effort and improved consistency, I had no choice but to take a few days off uploading for health reasons otherwise I would upload as often as necessary not sure it would matter much but I'd certainly try but I sincerely needed the rest ☮️🎨
I can totally relate to that. I'm in a similar boat as an all-rounder in the gaming niche. I enjoy discussing gaming news with others, but I don't want to limit myself to a specific genre. While everyone seems to be emphasizing the importance of narrowing content to a specific niche within a niche, I want to swim against the current and do my own thing. I feel the most confident and comfortable that way.
I’m at 449 subs and 757 watch hours and I’m pushing hard with livestreams and more long form content. Hoping to reach the 3k watch hours before the school year starts.

I kind of switched gears with my channel. Yea youtube wants you to post consistent videos for 12 months straight and then they penalize you when you’re late with one video, all while you work for free for the entire year providing youtube with free content which they profit from.
