Fysiatrist cracked my back today similar way and the crack was so loud worker from another room came in to ask if everything was ok 😂. It's weird to feel such loud crack inside your own body but no pain. Feeling a little nausea but other than that feels great afterwards

I want one of these traction tables to use as my bed every night. I usually sleep on my side almost flat with my legs like how they are when you do the hand on the lower back and I can usually crack myself (hump the bed and crack) but the big one has eluded my for 30yrs.... I'm 37
