Persona 5 - Blooming Villain (8-bit, N163 Expansion)

- The N163 expansion chip, used in Japan-only games like Megami Tensei II, adds some extra sound channels to the traditional NES soundchip. All the waves I use here are ripped from Megami Tensei II.
Persona 5 is such a good game, buy this game everyone. This isn't even for like a major boss, it's just the regular boss battle music. Give Shoji Meguro your money
Wow, this translates really well!
Strelok Kosugi Cheeki Breeki
1:10 is still the best
Both on this remix and the original. Amazing job on this
True. It gives me effing goose bumps.
#LetKhimOliverSayFuck

The heart-LESS I'LL REVEAL YOUR TRUE FORM!
Wait, is this an alternate timeline where the Shin Megami Tensei are actually the ones that forked from the Persona series? The one where "Persona 3: Nocturne" and "Persona: Megami Tensei IV Apocalypse" were a thing?
As, Ryuji would say, "Barry, you effed up again!"
Smooge Shiroganeechan is that what the megaten games are like in the flashpoint workd
hell yeah you can reject god and be a door in 1 game
#LetRyujisaytheFword
I can still hear the original because it's so damn good
quit reminding me that ryuji is unfuckable in game because i cri evrytim
@@AmberLB93 the pain is real
This song is way too fitting for an 8-bit remix. I love it.
Damn, this shit sounds HEAVY, especially the pulse waves at the beginning, in fact, I think that part might be even heavier sounding than the original! Amazing job!
Good work.
Now go to sleep.
LooPin Grim Shut up, Morgana!
This boss theme really sounds Megaten-ish in any way
Throughout listening to P5's music I was secretly hoping I'd hear another cover from you. Awesome as always. The Megami Tensei instruments work really well too. Glad to see you back 0u0.
Even in 8-bit this song is chilling and unsettling, I love it!!
woah i didn't know you made 8bit persona tracks wyatt, i just saw it in my recommended. this is sick
It’s funny because this sound font was used in Megami Tensei II. The circle is now complete.
Joker, When he finally snaps at Morgana, becouse he dosnt want to sleep and he is demanding Joker to sleep.
The melody that starts at around 1:12 is easily the best part of the entire song.
I still play this game even now still my favourite game
My god, it's been a while! Glad to hear some new music from you.
oh my god! You came back for Persona 5! thank jesus! can you do Last Surprise next? i like that one the best
Best 8-bit remix of Blooming Villain I've ever heard. 👍
Give shoji meguro your money
You did an amazing job!!
even in 8 bit, its still good to listen
This is really awesome, excellent work my friend.
A Boss Shadow draws near!
[ATTACK] [PERSONA] [ITEM] [RUN]
Don’t forget guard
Damn you still got it
This rendition reminds me of The Prodigy's "Invaders Must Die"
If Shin Mitsuo Tensei(Boss from Persona 4 Golden) was in Persona 5
This kind of music could totaly make a main theme for the animation (I mean the original) just imagine if poeple had this game in 8bit back in time.
GOEMON, *STRIKE* !
vs. Shadow Wily!
Glad to see you still got it!
This is really well done
Amazing!!
Holy cow.
I made my cat listen to this song.
Now it's telling me to go to sleep
Mario draws near!

Joker uses Up Smash!
Mario took 315 Points of Damage!
Mario was Elevated!
@@DynoSkrimisher Joker unleases Eigaon! Joker felled Mario!
Sounds like it belongs to Portal almost
the absolute madman
Sounds like something that would fit punch out, like a final boss theme.
Sweet remix
hey do you think you can do a track of Rivers in the desert? that would be an AWESOME song
Do do do do dooooooo!
Do you thing that you'll do other tracks from P5?
I don't have that much time to do Famitracker stuff these days but maybe!
Hey this is pretty good, I actually extend video game music, along with fan made tracks as well, and I'd be happy to extend this and upload it. With your permission of course, you would get credit for making the song in the description, as well as me putting a link to your youtube channel in there as well. Feel free to respond to this when you can.
Boss song
cool.
Would you be interested in taking a commission for a Persona 5 cover? So far, I've yet to hear "A Woman" done in 8-bit, and I think you could pull it off.
Ooh maybe, hit me up on Discord, I'm Wyatt#9879
Sound like an Earthbound track.
You should do Pandora from Persona 1
how in the fuck
Any chance of an FTM for this one?
Sure! www.mediafire.com/file/ij262ti9jn5e25h 3rd song, all my persona stuff is in one ftm

lel
OK tell me why did Frisk fought poor Mona?
Wish there was a way to give Meguro my money without giving it to Atlus. Their policies against streaming/LPing and anti-Fair Use positions are pretty discouraging.
Also I don't own any of the systems it's on. >_>
Music is awesome, though, indeed. Excellent rendition.
When you think about it though, if people post a majority of P5, Atlus probably won't get enough funds for development of P6. Also, if there isn't any money coming in, it would seem like the 9+ years they spent on P5 were completely wasted.
P5 is an INSANELY story heavy game. Of course they don't want people streaming it.
Unless you're a streamer though it doesn't really effect you. And they just tell you not to stream past the intro catch up.
except persona 5 is the biggest success in the state's out of the entire series lol you don't know what your talking about
streaming story heavy games actually generally doesn't lower their returns. universally, streaming has been shown to statistically boost them.
