Good Day po Atty. Ask ko lng kung meron pong expiration yung affidavit of two disinterested person kasi last 2016 pa po sya kinuha, eh now plang po magagami 2023? Thank you in advanced po atty.

Mam pa help po about sa affidavit of undertaking ko.. reasons is
- SUBMIT AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING FORM DULY ADMINISTERED BY THE SSS BRANCH OFFICIAL/PERSONNEL AUTHORIZED AS ADMINISTERING OFFICER.
- SUBMITTED DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENT/S HAS/HAVE DISCREPANCY/ ALTERATIONS/ERASURES

Opo meron akong erasures, pero po kapag ba nagpa notary ulit ako, maa- approved na kaya sa susunod???

Hi Atty. Sana mapansin nyu po ako, at matulungan sa aking katanungan. Atty. anu po ba and paano mo ba naging under special case ang pension sng surviving benefeciary legal wife na maging kahati ang eligitunate child ng 50% of the pension. Bali 50/50 po cla. D po ba dpat ay 10% ang mapupunta sa minor eligitimate child. Paano po naging 50%. Meron po bang special case na gnito?

Good day po Atty. May I ask po how to fix my PSA. Instead po kasi na "Maruhom" iyong middle name ko po naging "M.". Pwede po bang magtake ng board exam kapag ganyan po ang case? Salamat po.

Mas maganda po pag itanong nyo yan sa PRC kasi ang nasabing ahensya ang nagsasabi kung ano ang requirements na kailangan para sa board exam. Salamat.
