Depending on the nature of the problem, USCutter's US based help desk may be able to provide good support as they are quite experienced with VinylMaster. It appears that your problem may be related to DSR as you have responded on a DSR video. VinylMaster support is handled online by opening an Incident Report under Help->Support in the VinylMaster program. The reason they do this is so that they have traceability so that issues do not get lost in the shuffle. Is there a manual I can but or print out for this software?
If you press f1 while in VinylMaster, it will open the Help manual and you can print that out or read it as needed.
