We watch helplessly as our god given natural resources are pillaged and plundered by overseas conglomerates, and we're given mere pittance as compensation.
Our Fijian brothers and sisters, youths and infants walk the streets in search of food and shelter. I presume some of them hail from provinces rich with these natural resources.
Why can't our own leaders man up and overturn the evil incursion of international business interests. Im sure if our leaders try hard enough, they will find a way to ensure that we, the Fijian people, reap the full benefits of these natural resources that Almighty has blessed us with.
