We work to live, we shouldn’t live to work and a manager can really tip those scales! Happiness has no monetary value and mental health is paramount! I’m so glad you guys are in the position to be able to take these steps for your wellbeing! When these things occur, it will bring out a negative response or a positive. It's all based on both of you. I guarantee one thing I've lived through..... Making it a positive is life changing. We got a no spill 1.5l pet water bowl from Amz, and it completely fixed the problem of the dogs flinging water around while drinking. It has a flat-ish floating part that exposes a small amount of water and prevents their slurping. It would really help with your situation.
Man oh man, we are having a similar debate in our neighborhood regarding drones. Some community members keep insisting others are "not allowed" to fly drones over their property because they own said property . Well, I'm sure you know that just isn't accurate. It's been very interesting watching the debate in the neighborhood from the sidelines. 😆

Do you have a channel at the top where intercom/radio speakers would go? That's where I would run those electrical wires. 8:34 Does that figure include members like me?
No channel, that was actually on the outside of the ceiling metal sheets. I really should have left the ceiling up, that's for sure! We will eventually hide the bundle of hanging wires and have something a bit nicer than these extension cables! 😂
Matan is the type of person to be video captured being the neighborhood Karen making sure the HOA rules are followed or she/he will tattle on all she/he can reach out to. The thing is, they rarely get the results they seek but they do get satisfaction by feeling superior when they send such emails. Your generation has a huge vitamin and mineral deficiency. I being a Gen X. Same problem. Yet. My problem didn't start until after 2000. Example. Heart problems. Yes exercise works. Although. B1 vitamin. Our food has nothing in it that will give us the proper vitamins and minerals. Goes with inflammation as well. Even my personal problems. Just do some research into it. 98% of the food and drinks sold in America is against the laws in all of the other countries. Meaning. No one should be eating or drinking any of it. Gen Z has high anxiety. Again. A vitamin and mineral deficiency. Research.
