Even after factory reset it tells me that this device is connected or smth and i need to put password to activate it, its my mother's old phone and she can't remember password, reseting pasword doesnt work also. Any ideas?

it didnt work for me i kept pressing both the buttons but it just got me back to the start
when u start the phone again leave the ower button as soon as the phine starts
