Your voice: the base of the skull needs the same tension as the base of the spine/ pelvis. As you are healing through your issue the tension changes. As you have quite a bit those fluctuations require very different muscles to restabilise your body. The struggles of your neck muscles carry through to your vocal muscles. Nothing to worry about really. Just a lot of work.
