I thought it was " Wa La Hi ans". In Greece we simply call them "Vlachs". Fun fact. During the 18th and 19th Century, Wallachia was a vassal state of the Ottoman empire but it was ruled by Phanars. The initial Greek revolution started in Wallachia by Alexander Ypsilantis (son of Constantine who unified Moldova and Wallachia to (secretly) prepare them for independence). However none were successful and will die before their dream is realized. However, they drew the main Ottoman force in the north, so the revolution in the Peloponnese was a success. In game, the House of Phanar consists of the Flags of Wallachia and Moldova and two of their units (Evzone and Sacred Band infantry) speak Greek while the Boyar speaks Romanian. Pretty cool detail

I realized it when I did the Hanover strat with Germany. I made a Gran Colombia player rage quit because he couldn't catch 10 musketeers with a drummer. Another unit that is too good because of rof is the Boyars that you just have no way of escaping once they catch you. RoF is slept on because most of the time the change isn't noticeable (like with Deli or Needle Gunners). But in units like the Brunswickers that get double the rof of a regular musketeer when veted up and with drummer aura, then these units feel supercharged!
Galleons (Galleasses, Fluyts and Atekabunes) take way less anti ship damage than other ships, so they actually do well against culverins when they're in range. It's also funny how nobody is able to pronounce Wallachia, the ch is pronounced as a k, lol.

If I understood correctly the cards, Romania can make Wallachian H.A from stables and galleons AND Rosior Dragoons from forts so it can have 2 types of ranged cav. And despite the dragoons not having any rof upgrades they still have a 15% extra attack compared to normal dragoons. Just imagine a mix of both, extra damage and super fast firing cav units.
I personally see no reason to get the dragoons as Romania since cav archers are more tanky and do more damage. If they were counter dragoons or mounted riflemen then I would consider it

Hard Counter to range cav. is early light inf. For USA it's State Militia. And Crabats and Hadjuks are really strong outlaws. Hadjuks or pandours with wallachians is dificult to counter
Probably the only scenario Romania is actually better than Hungary, no towers, all cav archer cards sent (except cav combat which Romania gets) and enough of them for it to matter and still haven't lost the game. That's a lot of ifs. It's a really funny revolt but it's still one of the worst. Dorobants are sooo bad, especially compared to Hungary who have the extra range as opposed to costing more and getting less range, they aren't faster either, that's Haiti and Brazil. Only thing they get is more HP. Something you haven't shown on this channel for revolts are Colombian Llaneros and Brazilian Jaguncos. Those things have so much HP for their very low cost.

The cav archers are very good but you need 4 cards to make it work, two of which are pre revolt. It’s a lot of tempo you are giving up and I tend to find you either win the game because your opponent fails to break your base or you lose due to being too greedy.
Wow this basalt guy sucks. Why doesn’t he have any anti water cards in his deck on this map. Could have easily put block houses near the water and then shipped a frigate. Would have won easily if he denied water. Also his unit control and macro in the late game was quite bad. Floating 3k wood? Losing all his vills to goons? Losing 5 culvs to 2 frigates? Could have even won with trade monopoly. Crazy how this guy is 1600-1700 elo. P.S. I am Basalt 😅

I just want to ask you what options should o focus on switching ON/OFF in order to play as smooth as possible? my pc is not that great :3 if there is any video that you know or something like a tutorial etc. I would love to get some tip^^
I love to play this in team games, it´s so funny to just murder all the vills (7.7 movement speed for cav archers is insane as well). With the tengri shrine they have even faster rate of fire 0.85 I think

better ROF is even better than just straight damage, underrated value for sure

Dorobant Revolutionaries should get some decent buffs, 15% hitpoint increase for -2 range kinda sucks

Why did cis cav archers lose max HP after revolt??? they had 410 before revolt!
The Wallachian horse archer card reduces their HP by 25%. Used to be by 33% before the most recent patch.
