I wanted to point out that the airport of Fiumicino (Rome) was awarded by ACI World as the best airport in Europe with the Airport Service Quality Award and that Alitalia was awarded as the best punctual company in the world (Flightstats) ps thx for the video Sam.
😂😂😂 you gotta be kidding.. I’m Italian and refuse to make my connection fights in Roma or Milano. Whenever I fly from the USA to go see my family in Italy, I prefer flying to Germany and then on to my destination. Reason? It’s sad to say but airports in Italy are a completely different experience, form delays, to customer service is close to none existent. Even the customs police is ridiculous, once they try to mess with my wife!!! I don’t put up with that kind of nonsense. Italy is indeed one of the most beautiful places in the world but Italians need to take lessons form other countries & cultures on how to be professional and business like! Love my land tho. 🇮🇹

Endless Dreamer I’ve flown them 4 times now across the Atlantic (most recent summer of 2019), not saying that they are rude, but they seem forced to be there, they serve the food and disappear. I’ve flown on Austrian Airlines many time, way better service. To Alitalia’s respect they are always on time, and it’s not a bad airline but I think they can do much better.

But the reality is different; for example I am based in Bangkok and nowadays Alitalia is out of the market in Asia, except Japan and India.... what a pity! 😢
Oh, finally you discovered the real best food on air! :) I use to fly on Alitalia Magnifica with 777 from Rome or A330 from Milan. Lounges in Italy are the best for hospitality and food. Alitalia needs to update IFE system on the whole fleet, but comfort on board (and food) are great!

Fiumicino airport for me getted the worse experience from Alitalia ground staff members..
T3 is amazing, it’s like a high end mall. I was there in July 2018 and it has very expensive stores like Gucci.

It will be his first time vlogging a legit budget airline. Air Asia X doesn't count (in my opinion) as they do have the fully flat seat while Cebu Pac does not. As a Filipino, I would also want that to happen.

oh wow sam, I would have thought you would have ticked this off your list long ago, I did it, was blessed to be pretty much on a tech flight, (there were about 60 pax, and the rest of the plane was crew and engineers and I spent the time from rome to abu dhabi talking all things av geek, and the crew was wonderful to say the least! and the product great
