They should just buy Marvel at first and, after putting the superhero world back on track, they would amass the capital and credit needed to buy Disney (so less risk of personal losses). While doing this, it's cleat that Disney will continue to push it's WOKE DEI agenda which, will see the share price and overall value drop right along with public opinion and support. This will make the purchase of Disney less expensive and, see it met with far greater public support. I support Diversity and Equality (not to be confused with Equity) in their basic principles and think that people are open to seeing characters of various ethnicities/cultures/races/genders, as long as they are original, well written, not pushing a political ideology and, that they make sense. To take a beloved charactet or story and swap-out race/gender/sexuality or apparent socio-political leanings won't bring original fans taround o your way of thinking, it will alienate them, piss them off and, make them even less likely to agree with you.

In fact, considering public knowledge, I am confident I can say Ryan has done more successful R rated films and read/owned more Deadpool comics than the person who was in charge. If you are wealthy, you do not do the work yourself when you have someone more competent you can hire for that, but you have to make sure the people you hire in your place are competent if you do not want the business to fail. Clearly, at least 1 of the people in charge over there at the moment is slacking at their job.
