Ah! Thanks for your excellent review! I had almost forgotten I have this ink buried in my pile of bottles and I really liked it the last time I used it. I'll have to dig it out, now. Thanks again for reminding me and thanks, too, for another enjoyable review!
Thanks for the review! One of my favorite inks! Well behaved and sophisticated. I also like the Diamine Prussian Blue which is lighter and more greyish
You're very welcome! :) Diamine inks are some of the best out there. Prussian Blue is more up my alley than Oxford Blue, but if you like this color, it's a great choice.
Oxford blue is the dark blue perfect in my oppinion. Diamine's inks are quite satured inks. Some of blues inks are cobaltics colours that are not elegant. My favourites Diamine's: Oxford blue, Florida Blue Kensignton blue, Bilberry, Jet Black, Ancient Cooper(overly satured) Matador red or Ruby Red, Ultra Green.
i usually watch youtube from a handphone, so your text is too small for me to read. may i suggest you rotate your paper to portrait mode so that it is more zoomed in? If the text is then too long, maybe can pan the camera or do some post editing. thanks for this review, i always wondered how is this compared to the Diamine Majestic Blue.
Jacob, this is the reason I added the close-up of the completed review at the end of the video - at 04:13 in this particular video. It's also why I added the "chapters" feature of RUclips, so folks could jump straight there. Early on, I did an informal survey / discussion of this issue and the majority of the responders wanted the video kept how it is now because it gives a sense of how fine the nib writes, which is lost when zoomed in far enough for it to be read on a phone (especially in portrait mode). I know that's inconvenient for phone users, and I'm sorry for that, but for now, I've decided to leave things how they are. You're most welcome. Afraid I don't have Majestic Blue, so I can't comment on how it compares - sorry.
I like this dark and satureted blue so much! Maybe my favourite dark blue! Thanks for the review. Ciao
:) It is a very popular color! You're very welcome.

@@MidlifeByKirstin Oh yes, great colors! Of those, Golden Brown is the only one I haven't tried. :)
