To be fair....the ninja has aftermarket support out of this world. Pistons rods cams valves full ohlins suspension and any exhaust. you want it, they make it for this bike. It may be new but it IS a ninja 400, just stroked new crank new rods new piston i think? Everything else outside the fairing is identical, same parts numbers and with very little modding it can make just uder 60 hp to the wheel and about 34ft lbs of torque and quick shifters are cheap 2wheel dynoworks offers a quick shifter with their ECU flash 250$ also not to throw shade at the Aprilia but its not made in Italy. That model is made in india
Excellent comment- you really know your stuff on Kawasaki's!!! Thanks so much for Watching and Commenting Entropy 🙏🏻. Thanks for being apart of the Channel my friend!!!!!
Oh awesome!! It's going to change your life forever!! Motorcycles can't be explained- it's like being a superhero- the bike is your inner superhero!! Thanks for Watching and Commenting 🙏🏻!
1a and 1b. Both are great. Aprilia's reliability from what I've read online might concern me. A local dealership would probably alleviate that concern for me. You get more features, it looks a little better, and it's a little bit sportier. I bought a 2024 500SE, just like in the video. This is my 5th Kawasaki. I'm loving it. I bought the accessory seat which is about an inch taller for a little more leg room. My 54 year old knees approve of the taller seat. 😂
Unfortunately I can no longer trust the Aprilia brand, I love their bikes, but every aprilia in our riding group has had issues. Hopefully you’ll get a good one, but me personally as much as I enjoy them I won’t spend my money on one. Reliability is a must for me. 👍🏻 beautiful bikes.
@ Yes Sir! This year has been less than typical, but not motorcycle weather - ice is the danger. I’d rather be in Texas with you riding bikes my friend!!😁😂
Do you have maintenance money to have someone work on your bike often? Definitely get the Aprilia. If you aren't made of money or plan on doing your own maintenance get some kind of Japanese bike for your first. They are so simple and easy to work on and feel like you have to TRY to kill them to do any damage
I'll take the CFMOTO 450ss any day over both of there bikes. The 450ss was my first bike and it's a great bike....and has Bakelite controls on the handle bars...I've put 6,000 miles on it without any issues.
Man nick - different kind of bikes. But you can't take anything away from the SV-650 as a AWESOME starter bike!! Go sit on both of them and see which one you like the most. Thanks for Watching and Commenting Nick🙏🏻. Have a AWESOME weekend my friend!!!!!!
@BruceCates-qg4ep Bruce your very welcome 🙏🏻, And thank you for Watching and Commenting and participating in the channel!! Talk to you soon my friend!!!!
I picked the Ninja 451 lol the Aprilia is no doubt nice. But theres not a big support system for them where i live. I can pretty much pull into anywhere for my Ninja. Are you gonna keep up with the 600s & 1000s?? No. But can you have a ton of fun on it?? Definitely. Would i go long distance on it?? No, and i wont ever do it again on the Ninja. Once is enough. But thats what i have my Street Glide and Road Glide 3 for. So for around town bsing around. The Ninja is perfect.
Yep I should have, the Krt that I rode before didn't have keyless ignition. I wanted to show the Ninja 500 Se in this video! Good talking to you Les- Thanks for Commenting my Great friend🙏🏻. Mini Delilahs😉
Raymond I looked at the Kawasaki Australian site. The 🥷 500 KRT they are importing has the key less ignition 😔, but the Z 500 is Green 😊😊😊... I'm going to end up in the Funny Farm... soon. 😢

Ray you're not lying about them moving those GSX8R's! Last I checked, I think they're had like one or two left in stock.

Raymond, why didnt you get the 500 Ninja KRT to compare to the Aprillia with racing colours 😢
Both beautiful * Mini Delilahs* 😍

@lesgillard985 oh boy- someone has been bit by the new bike 🐛 bug😃.
Team Green 💚 all the way! I wouldn’t own an Aprillia even if it was gave to me! High maintenance cost & unreliable just like Ducati!
Thanks for Commenting 740🙏🏻,have a AWESOME weekend!!!
Aprillia comes with a two year warranty...and you're probably going to need it LOL
