How did the Chinese get so far ahead when big boys like Revian, Lucid, FF, Fisker and the other big auto makers couldn't get their act together to manufacture EVs at this level. What I feel is that the EV market will be dominated by Tesla and a handful of Chinese manufacturers in the next 10 years.

You can buy them in Norway. First production-ready hongqis arrived 4-5 months ago and price starts almost the same price (619.000'-) as BMW iX3 (599.000'-)* I don't know if it's sold in any other country besides norway and china tho but company has plans to extend its sales to europe soon.
