Everyone always talks about the GWR Kings, Castles 4 cylinders, and A3 and A3 with 3 cylinders, but nobody talks about the Star, I love the Star class for being the earliest one
Tf you mean overrated? Not only are the castles barely used for OC basis's but they are also objectively one of the best 4-6-0's in Britain. They were extremely reliable, efficient, fast, strong, robust, amazing steamers, smooth runners, and could do almost any job they were given. If anything, I'd say the castles are underrated.
Ooh, tough choice, there are some good obscure ones here. Didn't expect the 15xx to be the 'Alright, we get it' one (1501 is a beast though, love that loco). I hadn't heard of Cyclops, that's a strange one, they've just plonked a crane on the back, and I didn't think 0-4-0 panniers actually existed! I do love the Manors though, so I guess I'm annoying. Although some locos I really like that aren't on here are the Aberdare 2-6-0, the 28xx/2884 2-8-0 and the 1366 0-6-0PT. Surprised there weren't any prairies here though, they're almost as iconic as the panniers, the various 4-6-0s and the autotanks in my opinion in terms of GWR locomotives.
0:30 I have never seen a GWR 4-4-2 tender engine, I know they had 4-4-2 tank engines and that the GWR Star Class's prototype was built as a 4-4-2 but not that. What class is that?

Based 2900 Saint Class moment! Those, along with the Hall Class would have to be my favorite GWR locos.
Duck: I’m not classic, I’m Great Western!! You know better Daniel Clifton…. Daniel: OI YOU!
On the great Western we never derailed
0:12 Not gonna lie, I was expecting City of Truro for this part.
Hawksworth counties get no love 💀
A real shame considering all the hype the worse counties get

And the part about OC basis matters because?
The glazing is strong with this one
I don't think they're overrated
I just don't like them. lner and lms ten wheelers are better
Love the 57XX, 14XX, 45XX/4575 small prairie and the 5101/61XX large prairie.
0:40 Everyone who was just insulted by this person’s image choice for this one, comment below.
*Crickets sounds
I like it not bc it’s Oliver’s class but because it makes a cool and unique tank engine
@@Breakvan. The 14xx is also my favorite GWR engine because of those reasons, and it was successful.
Here here
0:45 Duck and Truros child be like:
💀
E
YESSSSS absolutely LOVE the Saints
They're so goated
@ omggg there you are
I like the Dukedog, because I like to do a little trolling every now and then.
Dean Single for the win
the 14xx is cool its my fav
WHATS WRONG WITH MY FOXCOTE MANOR 😡
The first two look the same to me. Where's Trojan?
You're annoying
And the first two is Castle class and King class and they look absolutely nothing like each other
@@danieltheblueschoolsclass927 to anyone who isn't a railfan all the GWR 4-6-0s are basically identical
@@IWasHereSometimeOrOtherI second this
Damn right im into the classics:]

That's the thing, only exclusive and most interesting engines
0:12 King Edward II slander shan’t be tolerated
Oh hey!

Oh that's the French Atlantic/La France class/102 class. By the way the first 13 examples of the
Saint class is also built as Atlantis
@@danieltheblueschoolsclass927 oooo cool thanks!
That Atlantic looks like a French engine
Because it is 😅
Lil pannier, and 2-4-0
bro forgot about the GOATED 2800s. literally stronger than the 8fs 30 years before the 8fs were thought of
The 38XX countys are understandable since they werent the best. But I still like them and wonder how the new one 3840 County of Montgomery will do
Saints are indeed the best.
My one focusing on GWR Engines is in the works.
It takes me 2 minutes to make one of these, every time
Let’s have one for the London and North Western
I have lots of favourites from the LNWR, so I’d love to see what other people think of them.
3rd to last is my fav
Ah I see no Grange or 5101 class, good. Those are MINE
Guess I'm annoying then 😂
Time to be Annoying.
wHeRE'S cITy oF TRuRo??!
YoU mEaN tHe CiTy ClAsS
Lner next ?
(94XX) If you picked this, you may be extremely nerdy (and chil)
Bro forgot about the 6800 Grange class 😔
Which one is the hall class?
I would put it in "Not everyone's favourite but it's yours and you are totally chill about it"
For the next one, can it be about the lner?
It WILL be on LNER
Yupiiiiiiiiiii 😃 nice
0:04 Oh, yeah.
Idea: This is what your favorite one of these says about you... but it's British 4-4-0's (e.g. SR Schools, LNER D49, GWR City, FR K2/K1, etc.)
Not a bad idea, but the next one is going to be on LNER
Ah, well. Soon, I hope, that it's going to happen.
what about the lner d16s
@@IWasHereSometimeOrOther, that's why I put "etc." in the comment.
@westinbridges7321 my bad, didn't see that
There are two ways of doing things. The Great Western Way or the Wrong Way
*OVERUSED*
LNER time
0:08 Uuuuuuuuhhh... This is my second favorite. So.... No comment.
0:08 Uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuhhhhhhhhh...
I think I am old... even though I am 12 LOL
15xx are br made
Since i like the castles, it's a bit overrated
0:15 To me, this is what GWR Edward would have looked like (and besides it looks cool)
NO! 3800 can't be Edward! Armstrong class will do, but not Countys!
@danieltheblueschoolsclass927 you do have a point now I think about it
0:46 WTH is that?
GWR N°1490, as far as I know the very first pannier tank engine
