As far as I know if fish are Esa listed it limits what the hatcheries can put in for Smoltz unfortunately thats some of what you're looking at with those empty raceways
I think hatcheries need to start raising baitfish for the ocean and taking out cormorants and pelicans! Also why are you inferring that the state intentionally crashed that Truck full of fish! That would be a pure Evil act...could be
I agree with you about the bait fish and that is possible to do but for the last six years those trucks have crashed all over the state if it were just one or two I would understand but every year that’s simply not possible thanks for your opinion and support
