Thanks to The Print team for posting something about Judicial reforms. Judicial reforms are urgently needed and should be supported by all parties but is very less talked about😢

Justice has been reduced to an elite reserve. It's inaccessible and expensive. Moreover, its functioning and language of communication seems alien to the masses. Red tape and corruption are perennial problems of the Indian state and the judiciary is no different. It's opaque like other arms of the State. The courts are plagued by poor infrastructure and absence of required judges. The institution also lacks adequate representation and diversity. It is run by a group of exorbitant layers. The courts lack gender sensitisation and more often than not throw the ball in the legislature or executive's court which is animated by political agendas and political leaders.
