Yup, even Rie Tanaka is a major victim of gacha hell, though mostly for Genshin. She also dipped hard in FGO's gacha, and I really, really wish she dips into Mega Man X DiVE as well (she had voiced a few cries for Ciel back in Mega Man Zero, even singing Zero 4's ending theme Freesia, but never returned for the role in X DiVE in full).

More likely it will come home to you.
That's how I got C6 Kujou Sara, Ningguang and others.
