When I finally got to Graceland in 2022, I noticed a section of the drive edging breaking up. So I pretended to tie my shoe lace and put several small pieces into my sock. Now framed and displayed 😱😱😱😱😱😱👍🏼👍🏼 Great video as usual. HNY 👍🏼

All these are very, very, very cute and touching things, and yes, these "a few hairs from Elvis's hairstyle" is very beautifully designed - AND HOW CAN WE DOUBT THE AUTHENTICITY OF ALL THIS?! Do we have a choice? - No! (after all, someone is making great efforts to keep us fervently believing that Elvis really existed! 😄 (uhh... I'm kidding, I guess... although, indeed, sometimes it seems to me that this man is just some kind of powerful hoax... it's all too, too unreal/fabulous... But. But I'm not giving up hope of getting to his concert and getting the scarf directly from his hands. And I would wear this scarf like a protective amulet (and this is no joke, absolutely serious! What a great video Sean - really enjoyed that! My opinion of your memorabilia is that if you believe it is authentic, that's all that matters. I'm with you - it might not be, but equally so, it probably is! I think that the older fans who were around in the 1950s and 1960s are more likely to have the 'real things' if they kept them. When I was 14 in 1962 I had a penpal in Tennessee who was a huge fan the same as I was, and she got to see Elvis a few times, and got several autographs. I still have photographs from her of Graceland and the area around it back then which was bushland - as well as photos and newspaper clippings. But best of all, she actually sent me two autographs, and under the circumstances I am positive they are authentic. Some 'experts' on Elvis's writing have assured me they are authentic, but even without their opinion, I'm happy. My ex husband recently told me about an autographed photo I had long forgotten about. When we saw Graceland in January 1971 it was only at the gates. Uncle Vester was at the gates and explained that he couldn't let us up to the house because Elvis was home. He allowed Wayne to step just inside the gates and pick some blades of grass! I took some photos of the gates and Graceland from a distance. When Wayne explained we had come from Australia, and asked Vester if he could get Elvis' autograph for us, Vester said no, but he told us to post him a photo of us, and he would get Elvis to sign it, and post it back to us. So Wayne sent him a photo of us taken at the time of our engagement, and in due course, Vester sent it back with the writing "To Wayne, best wishes Elvis". Wayne tells me that at the time, I was livid that Elvis didn't sign it "To Wayne and Gina" but apparently when Wayne wrote to Vester, he just signed his letter 'Wayne' without putting my name, so Elvis wouldn't have known. But I've wondered what he thought of the blonde chick with Wayne in the photo
Hey Sean, good question, I've never seen anything to suggest he was, but then with the Colonel involved, that's no huge surprise, although you can guarantee that the Colonel himself managed to profit somehow!
I was once seconds away from buying a genuine Elvis autograph from the Gary Pepper collection when my internet froze, I would have got it for £450 gbp about 25 years ago… still gutted I never got it !!

I also have a really nice example of an Elvis autograph that reads “ Thanks Elvis Presley “ that was signed for me in person!!!! by Lamar Fike 💁 😂

Hi Sean, hope you had a good one? Well, couple of comments… when I was at Graceland in 2023, people on the VIP could buy a special tour type jacket for, I believe, $275. With it came a swatch of Elvis clothing, a piece of shirt, with a COA signed by Angie M. Unfortunately, the jacket just wasn’t that appealing. Secondly, while I was there, they were digging up EP Blvd to lay some new pipes. They were right outside Graceland when I was there, so I was able to gather up some actual pieces of H51! So that is my little piece of memorabilia! I don’t think I’d ever touch EP artifacts now- nearly 50 years after he passed. Graceland has a good track on everything they do not have in their collection - I had a good chat with Angie in London about the Jumpsuits. Graceland has 96 of the 110 made. There is a big market in guns supposedly owned by Elvis - but how can you authenticate it now. The big one for me was Elvis’ black Gibson Dove with the karate sticker. I’m guessing that was sold at the auction to raise money for Lisa’s Memphis project. Are you still doing a chat with Mark? Happy New Year!

Great idea for a show 👏 ( i did comment earlier...but obviously didnt upload ) I have never ever believed that the clothing in the 71 release was genuine bits of Elvis clothing ! Especially if Parker 🤡 was involved or anything to do with it !! I also belive that the strands of hair etc ....are also a gimmick!
