If you are not doing anything that could make you lose a lot of weight, and you lose 4-5kg within like 6-12 months, it's not a good thing. Look at Arnold Schwarzenegger, he's in his 70's and he isn't fat, he may weigh a lot but that's muscle mass not body fat. Just doing cardio exercises like jogging, jumping jacks, crunches, jump ropes, etc... can help you stay fit when you don't want to look muscular. Just some tips from someone who's an athlete and who's studying sports science 😉.
