I made one,but I think the other ones without the magnet are better, easier to adjust, and they don't interfere when welding.But good video though.

A potential problem is if the ground isn't good and it passes power through the 3rd hand it may melt that poor little spring and/or weld the pivot point. I'm an armature so take that for what it's worth. Great idea though. Maybe add a ground strap from arm to base? dunno. Thanks for sharing!
