We used eMed right before our March 6 sailing out of San Juan, Puerto Rico, on the RCI Explore of the Seas. Since we arrived in San Juan a couple of days before our sailing date and I couldn't figure out a good way to schedule local rapid testing, I figured Navica and eMed made the most sense (and was much less expensive than the $100/person testing option at the port). We were pretty happy with the whole process, but we did have some challenges understanding our proctors over the phone sometimes (one proctor did move their mics so it was much easier to understand when the user mentioned it was hard to hear/understand). A headset or earbuds with a mic might help.

That's great advice. I've always done mine at home but being able to do the test from anywhere is such an advantage. I've had issues understanding one of the reps but she worked with me and were able to get through it together.

When you used this, do they report the results directly to your cruise line or they just want to know what cruise line you are going on?

They just want to know which line, I think to make sure your line will accept the results. You still need to show the results to the cruise line, or upload to verifly if your sailing is eligible.

Hi does the 2 pack include 2 e visits for the test to be monitored online?

Yes, each of the two kits will be packaged in their own box and eligible for the evisit.
