I'm being chased for bank overdraft debt that was included in a sequestration and would be statute barred anyway. I am too unwell to deal with this and don't have the energy to even look for the paperwork as I have no idea where it is. This account recently popped up on my credit file with the last default as Feb 2018 despite the sequestration being in 2016, so that was a lie from the bank. It was marked as satisfied but has now fallen off my credit file. I can't deal with this mentally and my only option is to ignore it as I don't even have a printer to print template letters and too ill to do this at a library. I shouldn't need to do this. I wish I had the energy to report the bank and debt collectors to the FCA. The bank was written to at the time of the sequestration. I don't even know where my discharge letter is. I didn't think I'd need it 8 years later.
