Please respond to me in a paragraph. I have a question from one of your old videos.
I can agree to you that Ghilbi does put White Main Characters in their films. However, why would you say Guy is Caucasian?
3:13 first off how does he have "white" hair and "white" skin. He IS Asian, not Caucasian. If you actually seen the movie, you know that he was born in Japan. His eye pupils are not blue, green or anything white person. He's not some blonde, tall muscular white man like Guile from Street Fighter (In fact that's like saying Ryu is white because he's a tall muscular man with "white" hair). So, what if he has black hair, Japanese people have black hair. Just because he has big eyes, a pointy chin and thin eyebrows, doesn't mean he's Caucasian. Characters like Usagi (Blond w/ blue eyes) or Kagome (Black hair) definitely have traits of Caucasian but are clearly from Japan. IT'S JUST THE ARTIST'S WAY DESIGNING THE CHARCTER. Guy is not Caucasian, he is Japanese.
Osamu Tezuka popularized the whitewashed anime character. When designing 鉄腕アトム (Astro Boy) he gave characters long bridged noses and blue eyes. He liked the idea so much he went on to create Princess Knight which had a European setting.

The "Tezuka" era (1952 - 1984) would continue to have Caucasian traits in its manga and anime. Speed Racer, Cutie Honey, Cyborg 009, Lupin the Third etc. Eventually, Caucasian features on "Japanese" characters soon became the norm: Sailor Moon, Naruto, Dragon Ball, My Hero Academia, Fullmetal Alchemist etc.
