Deborah's townhouse was so exquisite and she is so classy, i love every part of her townhouse, lol and i also love her neon sign" happiness is expensive''.. love that.. stay blessed..
Sergio....nice design concept with the floating walls and seamless closings. I am very impressed. Wish you were in Las Vegas so you could redesign our house.
Believe it or not my Father's Brother lives right next door! Different decor, a tad larger, and my Aunt's CLOSET....Is. Just breathtaking. Two separate floors for shoes, the less expensive jewelry, handbags, hats and scarves. Then we've got dressers ball gowns and frocks on one side, summer/spring dresses, then more hats ( ? Whhaaaa? More?! ), and of course, a champagne bar! Gotta love and adore Grandmother Lillian. The woman showing her townhouse? THIS WOMAN'S closet RULES! Sorry, when I saw the address, I showed my Mum, and we were amazed at WHAT a small world thus really is!
I love your houses especially town house in Manhattan!!! It’s so gorgeous!!! To my surprise it’s exactly like my penthouse in India that I recently bought!!! And my interior person suggested me to have a glass installed for see through balcony, but I don’t think I could stand there as comfortable as you, looks so amazing I also love Carrie Bradshaw but I have good collection of wardrobe and shoes in USA so I’m keeping @home minimal and traditional look. Thanks for inspiring!!!
alaovely houses, however does anyone know a chanel that features some colour. White is classic but a home that is not afraid of colour would be great to feature also.
I like this show but the constant panning, the pace of the edits and the constant return to a talking head makes it feel like I'm on some kind of frenetic, whirlwind tour that we have to hurry up and finish before the owner returns.
The fast cuts and constant movement of the cameras are giving me a headache. It makes it look kinda cheap and the house overloaded with stuff. It makes me not care anymore after five minutes. Shame, cause it is proably a nice house.
One would expect NYC building code would require one. I mean, even in the third world buildings are required to have one as soon as they reach a third floor.
That first "fully renovated" townhouse? As I'm watching it I'm imagining all the renovations and updates I'd like to do to make it liveable. #designfail
Not only a tacky neon sign but also LUCITE!!😲 In a home so grand?! What the hell was she thinking?! Aside from those 2 no-nos, the rest of the home is SPECTACULAR! 😍👍
Good grief! every time one of these (tasteless!) design agents mentions sexiness, I come t h i s close to simultaneously laughing and throwing up.. .. . .
LOL Right? This basic ass design, and home decor is so uninspired, and lacks character. Enough of the boring, grey neutrals, and this Scandinavian design. Beautiful townhouses, horrible decor. The only redeeming space in this, was the English woman, near the end.
_Jet setters'_ abodes and workplaces glorify the phony glitz of airports that, foolishly while laughably, none of them clones is ever going to shirk terrestrially haunting....they d r e a d their exponential weirdness being sussed out, they do ;)
I wonder how many people were evicted so the owner could sell to some wealthy foreigner looking to park his money. Leaving thousands of empty apartments, where neighborhoods die from lack of creativity and lack of creative people. We need to tax those who buy here but don’t live here or rent their homes. People are going to stop moving here or starting a business here. Philly or Boston, Baltimore or ??? will be where creative people go in the future.
Take your socialism to Venezuela. Your same liberal/progressive law makers in NYC are the ones that provide the loopholes and laws for Russians and Asians to launder their money (clean or dirty) in these neighborhoods and evict working folks.
Sergio Mercado, that living room furniture isn't saying anything but boring and plain; It's too simple and ordinary, it should be decorative and elaborate. If you need my help in future projects, please let me know.
There was 2 , six story townhouses that would've been more attractive with elevators. I liked the battery park townhouse but the closet space SUCKED!!! The last townhouse was too white and sterile, it looked more like a gallery than an apartment to live in.
I’m sorry but that yellow has got to go I don’t find it stylish whatsoever I need some marble and some real wood tall lean -cabinets blk accent very chic
design from Cheryl disgusting. Not a house, but a furniture warehouse. You look at the work of other designers from the video with pleasure. The design is thought out to the smallest detail. I want to live there.
Although I loved looking at the homes, I thought that the owners must be very superficial and materialistic, not to mention vain. By the look of things, they seem like the type of people that if their homes went up in smoke, they would probably take their own lives. 😬
The 2nd to last townhouse was my favorite!!! Such a classy and elegant lady and taste.
Second townhouse was pure class and elegance.
Dr. Iffie's home is gorgeous! I loved all of them but that one stood out
Cheryl Einsen staging job never gets old.
Finally New York homes that are truly spacious.
NYC townhomes are such design goals.... Loved the use of whites......
Deborah's townhouse was so exquisite and she is so classy, i love every part of her townhouse, lol and i also love her neon sign" happiness is expensive''.. love that.. stay blessed..
The second Townhouse is amazing😍
Love the way the second house is done. If I had the cash I'd hire Cheryl to furnish my home.
💯
Really really beautiful and the pops of color in the first house OMG
Thank you for sharing.
Love that you had a fellow Northern Brit in one of the featured homes. Greetings from Yorkshire, England. Love your show ❤
THIS MIDTOWN TOWNHOUSE IS FABULOUS! I LUV THE BEDROOM WALL SCONCES- MERCY....TO DIE FOR! THIS LADY HAS CLASS I MUST SAY. KUDOS!💎💎💎💎
Really loved the ideas of sergio..
Stunningly beautiful! Designer’s home!
13:43 is easily the best house. Classy, but not over cooked. Anyone can style a house with grey and white fluffy furnishings.
The second condo-town home living room courtains 😍
Sergio....nice design concept with the floating walls and seamless closings. I am very impressed. Wish you were in Las Vegas so you could redesign our house.
Great home. Thank you for sharing
So many beautiful homes .... love this episode !
Omg love ALL!!!!!
I loved the show! Amazing designers. Thanks
I love this townhouse
I could see myself living in the second to last one. The last one was also good, Dr. Iffy seems cool.
The camera jumps around so fast and so often I couldn’t watch it.

The last home, csorry for the confusion!
I love your houses especially town house in Manhattan!!! It’s so gorgeous!!! To my surprise it’s exactly like my penthouse in India that I recently bought!!! Gasp! MH’s house?! I would have NEVER left- EVER!!!!!!!
great, very nice, thanks for sharing!
alaovely houses, however does anyone know a chanel that features some colour. White is classic but a home that is not afraid of colour would be great to feature also.
LOVE the bar!
Onyx is an incredible finish....
I like this show but the constant panning, the pace of the edits and the constant return to a talking head makes it feel like I'm on some kind of frenetic, whirlwind tour that we have to hurry up and finish before the owner returns.
Stunning stunning stunning!!!
Dr. ify is goals! enjoyment la wa !
Love the fact that the pullover from the lady with the house on turtle bay is VERY old and from H&M
Muy contento con este programa
Dr ,chef, n designer? She's the total Pacakage 😍🍸🍸
min 16:55 i literally heard angels sing "AAAAAAAAHHHH" as she opened those girly gates to her gorgeous shoe heaven! Lol 👼🎶😅
Yes me too ❤️
That’s the part I hated. It was soo passé and cliche
that episode was amazing 😍😍😍
Dr. Iffy’s blew me away.
as in!!
What houses .ualll gorgeos ;breathtaking!
The fast cuts and constant movement of the cameras are giving me a headache. It makes it look kinda cheap and the house overloaded with stuff. It makes me not care anymore after five minutes. Shame, cause it is proably a nice house.
So if im in the kitchen going out the door, I.forgot my coat, I.have to walk 6 floors to my room ??😀
Put a coat closet by the door.
Lol priceless
Omg. Love it!
Beautiful
Is there rule that says you have to caress the countertop in a house showing? I see it all the time!
Amazing living spaces!
Alpaca and leather area rug how glam...
I have my dinning room with the same layout. Lucite dinning chairs and wood table.
Amazing anti supper👌👌❤
I wonder if that six-story townhouse has an elevator
no
same thing i was thinking no thank you.
No need. I'd only need the kitchen floor and the bedroom/closet.
One would expect NYC building code would require one. I mean, even in the third world buildings are required to have one as soon as they reach a third floor.
Stunning but where's the elevator?
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lovely homes..............Abrazos
Who designed Mariska Hargitays house?
Where do people get the money for this? Must have cost millions and millions and..
Vixinaful I was thinking the same thing
The staircase is grand and oplulant...
DESIGNER NUMBER TWO ... HEART
BEAUTIFUL DESIGN RIGHT UP MY STREET
That first "fully renovated" townhouse? As I'm watching it I'm imagining all the renovations and updates I'd like to do to make it liveable. #designfail
It's very stunning town house.

Deborah Greatorex: "I'm a real foodie" :-D
Sure; A carrot stick and a lettuce leaf....?
Lol. I thought that too!
Beautiful house!!
The first townhouse seems the one in the movie Twelve, but maybe I’m wrong.
or... "How to Catch a Chair on Fire". Lol
All that white though need some color but 6 floors what if I forget my keys or coat omg I gotta walk 6 floors
Thank goodness I'm adopted or I won't be able to afford these beautiful townhomes.
Oversized chef’s kitchen???? Maybe it’s just the headache I’m getting from the cuts and jumps ( bad filming) bye
I'm still waiting to see the garden😒😕
Beautiful. Not feeling that yellow kitchen
I find neon-lightning tacky. Otherwise, very nice houses.
Not only a tacky neon sign but also LUCITE!!😲 In a home so grand?! What the hell was she thinking?! Aside from those 2 no-nos, the rest of the home is SPECTACULAR! 😍👍
I only liked the very last townhouse the rest were not my taste.
Principal bedroom 🤔

@@trainrover Couldn't have said it better myself. I've seen smaller spaces designed much more elegantly, sexier, and with much more charm.
Indeed. Plus I too nod a tribute at how that Englishwoman gloriously succeeded at refreshing her house.
Didn’t know stepford housewives invest in nyc
Get ready for a full night of entertainment DWTS pop out fresh who put the Chic and unquie show together a.great.team we can see season 31
The battery park townhome design is um....really really not my taste, the only thing going for it is the view, I'd gut it and start over lol...
13:30
All I can say is, What, no elevators?
I wonder how many people were evicted so the owner could sell to some wealthy foreigner looking to park his money. 5:35 '[...] entertain in style.' can a concept be more barf worthy?

Why there's so much time spent on a host? I want to see the house not the narrator. Camera is moving so fast you really cannot see it.
👏👏👏
I’m sorry but that yellow has got to go I don’t find it stylish whatsoever I need some marble and some real wood tall lean -cabinets blk accent very chic

the clear bannisters at the end.......are you kidding? what was she thinking? #lame
Y U K !
I was instantly turned off knowing that Mariska lived in the first one
does any one of these people know any other colour but BEIGE !!!!!!!!!!!!
yuck! the decor! blue steps and yellow kitchen. wtf?
So no one likes color? Everyone white and gray
חקי חיון , איני אוהב חלונות ודלתות קשתיים ואו עגולים. ובאופן כללי איני אוהב דברים קשתיים או עגולים וגם לא דברים משולשיים.
I hated every one of these houses. It's too much over-the-top glamour and opulence, very uninteresting. We get it, these people are ridiculously rich.
Although I loved looking at the homes, I thought that the owners must be very superficial and materialistic, not to mention vain. By the look of things, they seem like the type of people that if their homes went up in smoke, they would probably take their own lives. 😬
